BIO

Over ten years experience as a live and studio percussionist in various projects

including bands, dance projects, night clubs, private events, weddings, circus, theatre and alongside DJ's..

I've played over 1200 gigs.

With my main band Mobius Loop I have performed headline shows at festivals and professional tours.

Some of the festivals I've played at include; Buddahfield, Green Gathering, One Tribe, Vegan Camp Out,

Wilderness, Into The Wild, Eden, Boomtown, Edinburgh Fringe and Kendal Calling.

 

I have worked as a session drummer for acts such as; John Dhali, Mica Sinclair, Spiral Scouts, David Shurr and Murray Kyle. 

From 2014-2018 I was the Musical Director of the circus act The Beatnik Collective.

Some of the venues I've played include:

The Deaf Institute (Manchester), 53 Degrees (Preston), The Trades Club (Hebden Bridge)

The Cavern Club (Liverpool) and The Assembly Rooms (Glastonbury).

I studied Music at UCLan, receiving a 1st Class Honours Degree in 2015. My final degree show was nominated for the 'Creative Practice Award 2015.'

 

I am the principal percussionist for Ear Candy Management. I perform alongside DJ's and Saxophonists as evening entertainment at Weddings, Corporate and private events around the UK. 


Since 2012 I have regularly been teaching Djembe, Congas, Bongos, Cajon and Drum Kit

from my studio in Preston as well as teaching in different cities whilst on tour.

Since 2015 I have facilitated drum workshops under the banner 'Harmonious Beats' in schools, scout camps, team building days, and festivals.

I am available for one to one teaching or workshops around the UK.
